No one on the corner got swagger like yall

I'm appalled, mainstream dick suckers, cradling the balls

No one on the corner go swagger like yall?

Since when?

Since you heard the song wit them

Fisher price sing along

Like a god damn fool

a song about rappers

rapping about stunting on you

No one on the corner got swagger like who?

See its all so plain that yall can't see they just put out whatever

And the bird brains just eat it up like bird seed

So while no one on the corner got swagger like yall

Ask yourself this question

What the fuck you on the corner for?!

The First Thanksgiving

In 1621, the Plymouth colonists and Wampanoag Indians shared an autumn harvest feast which is acknowledged today as one of the first Thanksgiving celebrations in the colonies. This harvest meal has become a symbol of cooperation and interaction between English colonists and Native Americans. Although this feast is considered by many to the very first Thanksgiving celebration, it was actually in keeping with a long tradition of celebrating the harvest and giving thanks for a successful bounty of crops. Native American groups throughout the Americas, including the Pueblo, Cherokee, Creek and many others organized harvest festivals, ceremonial dances, and other celebrations of thanks for centuries before the arrival of Europeans in North America.
Historians have also recorded other ceremonies of thanks among European settlers in North America, including British colonists in Berkeley Plantation, Virginia. At this site near the Charles River in December of 1619, a group of British settlers led by Captain John Woodlief knelt in prayer and pledged "Thanksgiving" to God for their healthy arrival after a long voyage across the Atlantic. This event has been acknowledged by some scholars and writers as the official first Thanksgiving among European settlers on record. Whether at Plymouth, Berkeley Plantation, or throughout the Americas, celebrations of thanks have held great meaning and importance over time. The legacy of thanks, and particularly of the feast, have survived the centuries as people throughout the United States gather family, friends, and enormous amounts of food for their yearly Thanksgiving meal.

The first Thanksgiving feast menu.

The Pilgrims' Menu

MenuSeafood: Cod, Eel, Clams, Lobster

Wild Fowl: Wild Turkey, Goose, Duck, Crane, Swan, Partridge, Eagles

Meat: Venison, Seal

Grain: Wheat Flour, Indian Corn

Vegetables: Pumpkin, Peas, Beans, Onions, Lettuce, Radishes, Carrots

Fruit: Plums, Grapes

Nuts: Walnuts, Chestnuts, Acorns

Herbs and Seasonings: Olive Oil, Liverwort, Leeks, Dried Currants, Parsnips

What Was Not on the MenuSurprisingly, the following foods, all considered staples of the modern Thanksgiving meal, didn't appear on the pilgrims's first feast table:

Ham: There is no evidence that the colonists had butchered a pig by this time,
though they had brought pigs with them from England.

Sweet Potatoes/Potatoes: These were not common.

Corn on the Cob: Corn was kept dried out at this time of year.

Cranberry Sauce: The colonists had cranberries but no sugar at this time.

Pumpkin Pie: It's not a recipe that exists at this point, though the pilgrims had recipes for stewed pumpkin.

Chicken/Eggs: We know that the colonists brought hens with them from England, but it's unknown how many they had left at this point or whether the hens were still laying.

Milk: No cows had been aboard the Mayflower, though it's possible that the colonists used goat milk to make cheese

Art from Outer Space

Nebulas...Nebulas...Nebulas.....is an interstellar cloud of dust, hydrogen gas and plasma. It is the first stage of a star's cycle. Originally nebula was a general name for any extended astronomical object, including galaxies beyond the Milky Way (some examples of the older usage survive; for example, the Andromeda Galaxy was referred to as the Andromeda Nebula before galaxies were discovered by Edwin Hubble). Nebulae often form star-forming regions, such as in the Eagle Nebula. This nebula is depicted in one of NASA's most famous images, the "Pillars of Creation". In these regions the formations of gas, dust and other materials 'clump' together to form larger masses, which attract further matter, and eventually will become big enough to form stars. The remaining materials are then believed to form planets, and other planetary system objects.

Feds unveil plans to unfreeze consumer debt market

WASHINGTON – The government has introduced a pair of new programs that will provide $800 billion to help unfreeze the market for consumer debt which Treasury Secretary Henry Paulson calls vital to supporting the economy.

Paulson says key markets for consumer debt such as credit cards, auto loans and student loans essentially came to a halt in October. He says the new programs are aimed to get lending back to more normal levels.

Paulson says all the government programs have been aimed at supporting the lending that is vital to the economy.

John Forte Pardoned By George W. Bush

Producer/rapper and Refugee camp member John Forte, who is currently serving 14 years in prison for smuggling two briefcases filled with $1.4 million worth of liquid cocaine, is one of 16 people receiving pardons or reduced sentences from President Bush.

Sen. Orrin G. Hatch (R-Utah) had written to the Justice Department and Bush on behalf of Forte:

“Now is the perfect opportunity for John to be given the chance to provide positive benefits to society through his considerable musical talents,” Hatch said, in a letter to Bush in January. Hatch’s office declined to discuss the case; the clemency request is pending.

With the commutation, Forte will be released Dec. 22, after serving just over seven years. He still faces five years of supervised probation.

Many of us like to listen to music from our iPod while working, cooking or doing other projects that require the use of our hands. And when the volume gets too loud or you just don't want to hear the next song it's hard to stop what you're doing to use the iPod controls. This problem has now been solved with the ingenious Voice Command iPod Controller.

This clever device allows you to control all the functions of your iPod completely hands-free. Simply attach the voice command controller to your shirt, collar, or lapel or hang it around your neck with the included neck strap. Then when your hands are busy all you need to do is give the basic verbal commands including play, stop, next track, previous track, volume up and down.

The Voice Command iPod Controller plugs into the dock connector on your iPod and also gains its power from your iPod so it doesn't require its own power source. The controller is made to recognize English commands but can be trained to be commanded in non-English languages as well.

! The “i-sobot” is a Japanese robot created by Takara Tomy. It is right now the world’s smallest robot. It measures 6.5” (165mm) high, 3.77” (96mm) wide, 2.64” (67mm) deep and weights in at 14 ounces (400g).

So what can this cool new robot do? From the factory it knows already over 200 words and phrases and 200 pre-programmed movement sequences. I tested to by telling it to “do pushups” and down he went and started to workout like a real fitness instructor:) I love to have a small “mini-me” and I don’t have to change any diapers.

Some other things the i-sobot can do out of the box is saying goodbye, dancing hula, punching with sound effects, playing air guitar and much more. If you have some computer knowledge you can easily reprogram the Takara Tomy i-sobot to learn more movements and words. After some time it feels like a family member, just like a pet. The robot can’t do much useful stuff like cleaning the dishes but he will bring out a lot of laughs and make you smile.

It is designed to be placed under your TV and not to be moved. Now some people have made sure that you can bring your PS3 with you to the party.

This is the Clearvision Playstation 3 LCD. It’s a small screen with speakers that are very easy to hook up to your Playstation 3. This will make your Playstation 3 unit very mobile. You can play your games on it without connecting it to a TV. You still need to plug the power cord but still this is a very cool gadget in my opinion.

Bush’s last minute rule-making hurrah

With just 60 days left in his tenure, you might think that W.'s lame duck administration was sitting around relieved that another guy was taking over, counting the minutes until the flight leaves for Crawford.

Not quite.

Based on the flurry of quiet directives coming from the White House as the end of the term nears, it looks like the Bush Goose (or is it turducken?) isn't quite cooked yet.

In what has become a kind of presidential right-of-passage, the president (or really, the federal agencies that answer to him) has been pushing through a series of last-minute regulations that have the force of law. Everything from pollution controls to family-leave standards can be set by these rules.

And you thought your high school government teacher said that Congress made all the laws.

These de-facto laws are called "midnight rules" or "midnight regulations" because they happen at the end -- or midnight period -- of an administration. If the rules are published in the Federal Register by Friday, Nov. 21, they'll be very hard for President-elect Obama to reverse when he gets into office.

And that's the point. Sure, the administration had eight years to get a lot of this stuff accomplished. But according senior research fellow at George Mason University Veronique de Rugy, most midnight regulations "cater to special interests," and "that is why they are hurried into effect without the usual checks and balances."

George Bush isn't the first president to push through rules before the next guy can get in. Jimmy Carter gets that award. In fact, the New Yorker's Elizabeth Kolbert says Cater's whirlwind of last-minute activity before Ronald Reagan took office is when the practice got named. "They became known as 'midnight regulations,' after the 'midnight judges' appointed by John Adams in the final hours of his Presidency."

George Bush doesn't get the award for the most rules shoved through after the two-minute warning, either. That goes to Bill Clinton who, according to de Rugy, set the record for number of pages published in the Federal Register at "more than 26,000."

So, what rules are the White House and all its federal agencies trying to get through this season?

The Wall Street Journal reports that the new rules, "open the way for commercial development of oil shale on federal land, allow truckers to drive for longer periods, and add certain restrictions on employee time off under the Family and Medical Leave Act."

Those run the gamut, but the ones getting the most ink are environmentally focused. The Los Angeles Times says environmentalists are angry by a host of loosened safeguards:

In recent days, the Bush administration announced new rules to speed oil shale development across 2 million rocky acres in the West. It scheduled an auction for drilling rights alongside three national parks. It has also set in motion processes to finalize major changes in endangered species protection, allow more mining waste to flow into rivers and streams, and exempt factory farms from air pollution reporting.

The Chicago Tribune did a special report saying the administration undercut a clean-air rule aimed at curbing childhood lead poisoning:

the EPA had planned to require lead monitors next to any factory emitting at least a half-ton of lead a year. But after the White House intervened, the agency raised the threshold to a ton of lead or more, according to e-mails and other documents exchanged between the EPA and the Office of Management and Budget.

In an Oct. 31 press briefing, Deputy Press Secretary Tony Fratto was asked about environmental groups saying the White House was easing limits on pollution. First Fratto responded that the White House is "constrained" about discussing regulations under review, but then said, "I would be highly doubtful that there's any specific increase in environmental-related regulations."

Navigating the rule-making process can be laborious for the non-wonk type, but the non-profit, investigative journalism group ProPublica has tried to make it easy for people who want to investigate for themselves. ProPublica has a master list of Bush's midnight regulations here and they have posted a guide on "How to Ferret Out Midnight Regs Yourself." If you've got the time and inclination, a lot of this process is public record and online.

Video game consoles..major energy consumers?

Video game consoles consume a "staggeringly high" amount of energy, according to a report the Natural Resources Defense Council is releasing on Wednesday. How much electricity do they use each year? About as much as it takes to power the city of San Diego.

There's plenty of room for improvement. We can cut our nation's electricity bill by more than $1 billion and avoid 7 million tons of carbon dioxide emissions each year, according to the report.

How much can you personally save? Depends on what brand you choose. The Sony Playstation 3 and Microsofts Xbox 360 use as much as nine times more energy than the Nintendo Wii.

Habits play a crucial role as well. The systems use nearly the same amount of power when they are turned on and idle as they do when you are actively playing a game or watching a movie. If left on continuously, the Playstation 3 or Xbox 360 will consume the same amount of energy as two new refrigerators over the course of a year.

Sony Playstation 3 is the most power-hungry model. For the 2007 version, you'll spend about $12 a year if you turn the console off when you're not using it, compared to about $134 if you leave it on all the time.

Microsoft Xbox 360 ranks a close second. If you shut it down when you're not playing a game or watching a movie, it costs about $11 to operate annually. Leaving it on continuously will cost you $103.

Nintendo Wii uses significantly less energy than the others. It costs about $3 a year if you turn it off after use, compared to about $10 if you don't.
The comprehensive report outlines significant changes industry needs to make. For now, though, here's what consumers can do to make a difference.

Always turn the system off when you are done playing a game or watching a movie. Don't assume that just because you turn off the TV that your console shuts down too. It doesn't. If you're in the middle of the game, save it so that you can pick up where you left off.

Enable the automatic power down feature, which will shut down your device if it's left idle for a certain amount of time. This isn't always easy to do and you might need to install software first so click here for step-by-step instructions.
Limit movie watching on gaming devices. Viewing movies on a stand-alone unit is a lot more efficient. The Playstation 3, for example, uses five times more power than the stand-alone Sony Blu-Ray player to play the same movie

Rapper gets 20 years after writing shooting song

DUBLIN, Ga. – He shot a man twice and felt so good about it, police said, a rapper wrote a song describing the shooting and calling out the victim by name. A judge sentenced 25-year-old Rico Todriquez Wright Monday to spend the next 20 years in prison after his victim mentioned the hip hop confession to police.

Chad Blue, 28, told police he had known Wright before the September 2006 shooting, but that the men weren't friendly. He testified companions egged Wright on as he chased and shot his victim in the thigh and groin.

Later, Blue told police he recognized Wright's voice on a CD, rapping "Chad Blue knows how I shoot."

Wright was sentenced to 20 years for two counts of aggravated assault. He will spend another 20 years on probation.

10 Easy Home Remedies

For indigestion

Pour a glass of fennel tea. Fennel can help with gas, bloating or an upset stomach, says Teerawong Kasiolarn, ND, a naturopathic doctor and licensed acupuncturist, who recommends drinking the tea after meals to promote digestion. You should also take care to eat slowly, chew food thoroughly and avoid drinking very cold liquids or soda with your meals, since these factors can contribute to indigestion, acid reflex and heartburn

For an itchy rash

Turn to nature. Instead of using a steroid cream, why not try a plant-based cream or ointment like calendula? The cream works as a natural mild antiseptic and is ideal for treating burns, scrapes and irritated skin. Want to grow your own rash relief? Keep an aloe plant in your kitchen, says Michael Finkelstein, MD, a certified holistic physician. It’s a great remedy for itchy, inflamed skin, and is also more economical than purchasing a tube of aloe from the drugstore.

For asthma

Strike a (yoga) pose. While you may still need an occasional puff on your inhaler, the cobra yoga posture has been found to aid asthma sufferers by opening up breathing passages, according to Dana Ullman, MPH, founder of Homeopathic.com and author of The Homeopathic Revolution. Begin by lying on your stomach and placing the palms of your hands on the floor, under your shoulders. Inhale while you raise your head and chest by using your back muscles and hands to support you. Exhale while lowering your body. Repeat at least five times.

For a fever

Slip on some wet socks. Before you reach for Tylenol, try this naturopathic treatment, which could lower a fever overnight, according to Dr. Kasiolarn. First, pour cool water onto cotton socks and place them on your feet. Then cover the wet layer with a pair of wool socks to draw your body heat down to your feet and reduce your overall temperature. It’s also wise to avoid sweets, dairy, and fatty or greasy foods while suffering a fever, as eating these types of foods has been found to raise body temperature. Instead, indulge in watermelon, a fruit that’s very cooling to the body.

For stress or anxiety

Make your own recess. When stress becomes exceedingly difficult to manage, try carving out time during the day for a short break, says Dr. Finkelstein. An outdoor break is ideal, since natural light, fresh air and movement can be especially restorative for your mind frame. Can’t leave your desk? Take a five-minute time-out to do a simple stretching exercise to rev up your energy and boost circulation

For a cold

Concoct an herbal cure. Infuse a glass of water with natural antiviral vegetables and herbs, such as garlic, fresh ginger slices, basil, green onion and cinnamon, to ward away cold symptoms. A tincture of echinacea is also helpful for boosting immune health, says Dr. Kasiolarn. An effective tincture will numb the tongue and should be taken with early onset of cold symptoms.

For chapped lips

Make your own salve. Mix equal parts beeswax and olive oil for a homemade balm that soothes and smooths cracked lips. If your lips are frequently chapped, you should also make sure you’re drinking plenty of fluids, since dehydration could be the real culprit. Fish oil in liquid form can also be taken with meals to help with chapped lips and dry skin for additional relief, says Dr. Kasiolarn.

For a cold sore

Tackle it with tea. Black tea contains tannic acid, which is thought to have antiviral properties, says Ullman. Pour hot water over a tea bag to moisten it slightly and then let it sit out to cool. Place the warm bag directly onto the sore for about five minutes to aid in its healing. For the best results, apply this remedy immediately after a cold sore surfaces.

For a cough or sore throat

Chew a garlic clove. Raw garlic, which has both an antiviral and immune-stimulating effect on the body, may actually clear infection, says Finkelstein. If raw garlic is too strong for your taste, try popping it in the microwave briefly before ingesting. For a stubborn cough, also try sniffing eucalyptus essential oil, which naturally clears mucus.

For insomnia

Slow down at nightfall. You can’t run around the block, put on your pajamas, hop into bed and then expect to fall asleep, says Finkelstein. Quiet the mind and body several hours before you go to bed by limiting your nighttime activities to relaxing pursuits like reading. To further ready yourself for bedtime, try dimming the lights and shutting off the TV and computer screen at least half an hour before hitting the pillows.

Kanye talks to People Magazine

According to People Magazine, Kanye West voiced his feelings on several topics pertaining to his mother, kids, and success. Here's several quotes

“I want to have kids but I want to have the right girl too – someone who really cares about me….When I’m in a club, girls are super-calculating, planning every step.”

“It’s lonely at the top,” he told reporters Tuesday at a London listening party for the new album. “Losing my mom, having no woman in my life to support me – I feel like I’m on my own and can only express it through my music.”

And while admitting he was “depressed, down,” West said several celebrities have helped him bounce back.
“I ran into Beyoncé Knowles , Paul McCartney, [at the MTV Europe Music Awards and] I felt comfortable,” he said. “Rejuvenated.”

One year after his mother’s passing, West, 31, told PEOPLE that he’s been profoundly changed by her death (due to complications following cosmetic surgery). “She influenced me to do exactly what I want to do,” he explained. “With my mom’s passing, I learned that … you can’t let people box you in. You gotta do what you want to do.”

It’s a subject that, for a long time, was too sensitive to discuss. “I didn’t do any interviews after my mom passed, I wasn’t ready to speak about [it],” he said. “Now I’d rather talk it through than commit suicide. I’m super devastated.”

Cruelly, the rapper blames himself – or more specifically, his fame – for her death. “I feel like I moved to California, then my mom moved to California, and she did stuff she wouldn’t have done if we’d stayed in Chicago,” he said. “If I’d never made it in the music business, it never would’ve happened.”

And fame has brought complications to his own life. “I’m an alien. The only place I can be alone is my hotel room – I can’t even go to the grocery store,” West added. “But don’t feel sorry for me – I just did a shoot for Louis Vuitton. Don’t worry about me, I’ll be okay in the end.”

10 Interview Questions Decoded

Tell us about yourself.
What they're really asking: What makes you special? Why should we hire you?

Tips: Prepare several selling points about yourself. Give a quick "elevator speech" that overviews your experience and achievements.

What are your greatest strengths?
What they're really asking: How do you perceive your talents and abilities as a professional? Will you be an asset to our organization?

Tips: Sell yourself. If you don't promote your strengths, nobody else will. Prepare six or seven responses. Be "confidently humble."

What are your greatest weaknesses?
What they're really asking: How honest are you being about yourself with us? How realistic are you?

Tips: Present your weakness as a positive. Don't talk too long or emphasize your downfalls.

Why are you interested in working here?
What they're really asking: How dedicated are you? Do you have a passion for this type of work?

Tips: Keep your answer simple and to the point. Stay away from such responses as, "Many of my friends have worked here." This response isn't very impressive. <

Why should we hire you?
What they're really asking: Can you convince us you're "the one?" Can you sell your "product?"

Tips: Make a powerful statement about the value you'll bring to their organization. Toot your own horn, but be wary of sounding arrogant.

Where do you see yourself five years from now?
What they're really asking: Will you only be here for a year before moving on, or are you committed to staying here for awhile? Are you a stable person? Can you set goals for yourself?

Tips: Be aware that they might not want to hire someone who will only be around for a year or two. Feel free to say that you have one goal at the moment: to be the very best employee for that particular job.

What are some of your hobbies?
What they're really asking: How well-rounded are you? What do you do outside of work that might transfer positively into the workplace?

Tips: Emphasize any hobbies or activities that may relate to the job. Help the interviewer learn more about you and perceive you as a person, rather than a job candidate. Therefore, don't just answer questions, respond to them.

Would you be willing to pursue an extra certificate or credential?
What they're really asking: How is your attitude? How flexible are you?

Tips: Tell the interviewer how important professional growth is to you. Understand that the person who will impress the interviewer the most is the one willing to do the extra work.

What were you hoping we'd ask today, but didn't?

What they're really asking: Is there anything special about yourself that you want us to know?

Tips: Consider this a "show and tell" opportunity. Use materials from your portfolio to convince them how valuable you'll be to their organization.

Do you have any questions for us?
What they're really asking: Are you prepared to ask questions? How interested are you in this position?

Tips: List five or six questions on an index card. Ask at least one question, even if all of your prepared questions have been answered. Never say, "No, you've answered all of my questions."

Reminder that it's important to sound natural and thoughtful when replying to such questions, saying, "Don't let your responses sound 'canned' or rehearsed. It's important to make the interviewer feel as though you've given serious thought to their question and are genuinely interested in the job."

EGO: I think black people as a whole got more pep in the step lol. As far as hip-hop it's no more, these crackers ain't letting niggas get shit.Cuhz now the highest authority is a black man. I think it'll expose nigga making excuses for their short comings and inspire others to keep moving in the positive, because anything is possible now.

So where do you think the gangster rap will fit in, in this equation?

EGO:I think it'll still thrive because people love that lifestyle so much. The majority of gangsters are so because they choose to be anyway. Black pres or not they're gonna keep watching Menace 2 Society and wanting to be like O. Dogg. You know I heard a grown ass man refer to himself as the real life O. Dogg. I was thinking O. was 16 or 17 in the movie. Your basing your actions and your role models on a character that's half your age damn near.

Do you think most rappers, rap that style beacuse they really lived it or because its what gets them the checks in the mail?

EGO: I can't call it bro. I know G.Malone personally that nigga's a CRIP.

What about the new guys coming Charles Hamilton, U-N-I, Pac Div, Kid Cudi?

EGO: I love Pac Div dude, them niggas are dope. I just saw Swiff D in a beat battle last night. He lost 1st round but the crowd wasn't his.

How do you feel about the surplus of good music on the west coast bubbling?

EGO: I feel great about it. I'm tryin to get my name in that mix.

You think they'll over take the rap that dominates now, the gangster gimmick dance step stuff thats running rap now?

EGO: I love when people are truly themselves, I think it's quite possible. The rap game takes on different personas used 2 be New York attitude based. Then gangsta, then gangster mafia type of styles, hustlers and drug dealers. Lyracism was in there too. Now it's swagger, and who got more swag than us? Niggas been California dreaming forever.

But no one on the west getting no pub like that.

EGO: Very true. I feel like the heads don't wanna share sometimes. They wanna keep all niggas exclusive to the few niggas that know. Other regions swagger jack'n Cali all the time jack'n Snoop, E-40 even Too Short

How?

EGO: That nigga was on tracks pimpin, speakin heavy slang, beats was super bass heavy. 808's and the whole 9.

Yeah true, Name me some hot underground West Coast artist.

EGO:Can I just name all my friends? Ego Scumsworth, J-U Sega, LB Fitted, Namebrand, Mykestro, Quiz, Conflict, The Blocc Boyz, KT the one, Cali, Lude

You ain't name me yet, lmao I got lil flow. Like the la river in the summer.

EGO: Apostrophe, Beach Boy J

Lol. Gotta hear me first, we gotta get in the booth.

EGO: Fuck it, You're my boy, I vouch for you, good or not, Plus you're from my city.

Ahhh yes

That's how a lot of sorry niggas infiltrated the game. Niggas was like fuck it, He from Atl and so am I so I fux wittum.

Lmao real talk, how you feel about the rap coming out of Long Beach?

EGO: Awesome, I heard Crook is working on some shit wit Joe Buddens, Joel Ortiz, and Royce the 5-9.

You mentioned Atl, Do you think we'll ever get to where we help are fellow West Coastian or even LB artist like that?

EGO: Iono, I've heard a lot of talk about doin such, but not much action. Like I'll talk to rappers tryin to make their reputations just like me and they'll Hollywood the fuck outta me.

Ceeeeesh!

EGO: But we got a Crooked I feature on 1.7. How was Crook not to busy and you were? He dropped 52 freestyle weeklys last year and still did our track. Like warrior strong?

Yeah Crook a Amnimal

EGO: Yeah, G. Malone got a veerse for us too.

Would you care to mention any artist who hollywood fuck jobbed yall?

EGO: Naw. Their not a factor anymore. I'll just keep going to their shows to network with their fans and shit. No big.

Alright, way to take the high road.

EGO: Thanx

Anything you wanna say to your fans, people who haven't heard of you or fellow rappers?

EGO: www.myspace.com/egomisfit Let the music speak on my behalf.

Gracias my dear buddy, on some other ish. Man I'm itching for a new episode of Heros.

What's Beef??

Can't we all just get along? Apparently not if you're Game. West Coast rapper Bishop Lamont happens to be next on Game's list of targets.

After Game & Bishop reconciled their differences at a party in Texas, Bishop said on an interview with hoodhype.com that the next night Game went on the defense and insulted him, and Glasses Malone on the radio.

"[Game] come upstairs, I get right to the front of the stage like 'What's happening?' Cause all this riff raff and talking bad, we trying to show love ... 'What is it my n****?' " Bishop explained. "His eyes get big, he call me onstage -- 'Aww Bishop Lamont, it's all love. It's a West Coast moment. Glasses Malone, I see you. Get on stage.'

"We all get on stage. As soon as we get on stage, it's like we all good. It's all love. I'm trying to push that line, but is it really that? He like 'It's all love. That's the past. We rolling together.' Everybody all smiles."

Then Game went on a tirade, and claimed his supremacy in the West Coast.

"Next day on the radio, he dissing me. He's dissing Glasses," the rapper said. " 'I'm the king of L.A. Yall nothing. Stay in my shadows. I tell you when to blow up.' Don't shake my hand, and do some fake stuff. You don't wanna get your ass beat.

"The n**** is fraudulent like that and phony. That's how she's gonna be. That's how that girl is. We gonna get into it, and it's gone be what it's gone be. He's a little girl and I can only deal with her like a girl, like a daddy should and discipline his little girl and get him right," Bishop continued.

The two rappers weren't never on the same terms ever since Game released 100 Bars (The Funeral).

The lyrics went like this;"Like Q in Juice, I'm coming for Bishop / I'm gunning for Bishop / I'm the king of this L.A. sh** / Tell me homie, is you Blood or Crip? Is you thug or bitch? / Cos the esses say, They don't never see holmes running round L.A. / Fake ass ghostwriter, get your lil' flow tighter / 'for I put you in the trunk of this f***ing lowrider," Game spits on the track.

Bishop never attacked Game for the record because Dr. Dre requested him not to. Still Bishop feels there's no beef.

"I ain't gonna do nothing to dude," said Bishop. "I love his momma, I love his sister, [and] I love his brother. He's scary as it is. He need a good ass whoppin, that's about it.

"Babygirl is just disrespectful, and it's about time people put him in his place. I'mma put him in his place. I'm gonna put him in his place 'cause he wanna play them games," he added.

Obama's Victory Speech

Obama's win sparks cheers around the world

Barack Obama's election as America's first black president unleashed a renewed love for the United States after years of dwindling goodwill, and many said Wednesday that U.S. voters had blazed a trail that minorities elsewhere could follow.
People across Africa stayed up all night or woke before dawn to watch U.S. history being made, while the president of Kenya — where Obama's father was born — declared a public holiday.
In Indonesia, where Obama lived as child, hundreds of students at his former elementary school erupted in cheers when he was declared winner and poured into the courtyard where they hugged each other, danced in the rain and chanted "Obama! Obama!"
"Your victory has demonstrated that no person anywhere in the world should not dare to dream of wanting to change the world for a better place," South Africa's first black president, Nelson Mandela, said in a letter of congratulations to Obama.
Many expressed amazement and satisfaction that the United States could overcome centuries of racial strife and elect an African-American as president.
"This is the fall of the Berlin Wall times ten," Rama Yade, France's black junior minister for human rights, told French radio. "America is rebecoming a New World.
"On this morning, we all want to be American so we can take a bite of this dream unfolding before our eyes," she said.
In Britain, The Sun newspaper borrowed from Neil Armstrong's 1969 moon landing in describing Obama's election as "one giant leap for mankind."
Yet celebrations were often tempered by sobering concerns that Obama faces global challenges as momentous as the hopes his campaign inspired — wars in Iraq and Afghanistan, the nuclear ambitions of Iran, the elusive hunt for peace in the Middle East and a global economy in turmoil.
The huge weight of responsibilities on Obama's shoulders was also a concern for some. French former Prime Minister Dominique de Villepin said Obama's biggest challenge would be managing a punishing agenda of various crises in the United States and the world. "He will need to fight on every front," he said.
Russian President Dmitry Medvedev said he hoped the incoming administration will take steps to improve badly damaged U.S. ties with Russia. Tensions have been driven to a post-Cold War high by Moscow's war with U.S. ally Georgia.
"I stress that we have no problem with the American people, no inborn anti-Americanism. And we hope that our partners, the U.S. administration, will make a choice in favor of full-fledged relations with Russia," Medvedev said.
Europe, where Obama is overwhelmingly popular, is one region that looked eagerly to an Obama administration for a revival in warm relations after the Bush government's chilly rift with the continent over the Iraq war.
"At a time when we have to confront immense challenges together, your election raises great hopes in France, in Europe and in the rest of the world," French President Nicolas Sarkozy said in a congratulations letter to Obama.
Poland's Foreign Minister Radek Sikorski spoke of "a new America with a new credit of trust in the world."
Skepticism, however, was high in the Muslim world. The Bush administration alienated those in the Middle East by mistreating prisoners at its detention center for terrorism suspects at Guantanamo Bay, Cuba, and inmates at Iraq's Abu Ghraib prison — human rights violations also condemned worldwide.
Some Iraqis, who have suffered through five years of a war ignited by the United States and its allies, said they would believe positive change when they saw it.
"Obama's victory will do nothing for the Iraqi issue nor for the Palestinian issue," said Muneer Jamal, a Baghdad resident. "I think all the promises Obama made during the campaign will remain mere promises."
In Pakistan, a country vital to the U.S.-led war on the al-Qaida terrorist network and neighbor to Afghanistan, many hoped Obama would bring some respite from rising militant violence that many blame on Bush.
Still, Mohammed Arshad, a 28-year-old schoolteacher in the capital, Islamabad, doubted Obama's ability to change U.S. foreign policy dramatically.
"It is true that Bush gave America a very bad name. He has become a symbol of hate. But I don't think the change of face will suddenly make any big difference," he said.
Obama's victory was greeted with cheers across Latin America, a region that has shifted sharply to the left during the Bush years. From Mexico to Chile, leaders expressed hope for warmer relations based on mutual respect — a quality many felt has been missing from U.S. foreign policy.
Venezuela and Bolivia, which booted out the U.S. ambassadors after accusing the Bush administration of meddling in their internal politics, said they were ready to reestablish diplomatic relations, and Brazil's president was among several leaders urging Obama to be more flexible toward Cuba.
On the streets of Rio de Janeiro, people expressed a mixture of joy, disbelief, and hope for the future.
"It's the beginning of a different era," police officer Emmanuel Miranda said. "The United States is a country to dream about, and for us black Brazilians, it is even easier to do so now."
Many around the world found Obama's international roots — his father was Kenyan, and he lived four years in Indonesia as a child — compelling and attractive.
"What an inspiration. He is the first truly global U.S. president the world has ever had," said Pracha Kanjananont, a 29-year-old Thai sitting at a Starbuck's in Bangkok. "He had an Asian childhood, African parentage and has a Middle Eastern name. He is a truly global president."
